2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to (i) register and manage your merchant account; (ii) process orders and facilitate payments; (iii) provide platform functionality, support, and updates; (iv) communicate important service announcements; and (v) comply with legal obligations and enforcement requests.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with (i) customers placing orders; (ii) delivery partners for logistics coordination; (iii) service providers assisting in payment processing or platform hosting; and (iv) government or regulatory bodies when legally required. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and International Transfers

Merchant data may be stored on secure servers located outside South Korea, including the United States. By using our services, you consent to this data transfer. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

5. Your Rights Under South Korean Law

  • Request the deletion of data no longer needed for legal or business purposes
